Job description

Contract Length: 6 months to start
Shift Details: 12-14 shifts needed each month
Schedule: 12-hour shifts varying days and nights, 7a-7p, 7p-7a
Work Details:
• Support staff: Physician and APP support
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 12-14 shifts per month
• Patients per day: 13,000 annually
• Patient population/age: all ages
• Department description:
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital bed size: 8 ED beds
• Special procedures:
• Skills required:
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
• Board Certification: required
• State license required: required will consider IMLC or WV temp license
• DEA: required
• Certifications preferred:
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Minimum experience required:
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
