Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6 months

Shift Details:
Schedule: 7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM (days and nights available; no night call)
Work Details:
Facility Volume: 22,000 annual visits
Department Support: Backup from Surgery, Oncology, ICU/CCU, Geriatrics, Psych Geriatrics, Behavioral Science (adolescent/adult)
Special Procedures: Moderate Sedation, Diagnosis and Treatment of Ischemic Stroke
Practice Setting: Hospital
Travel Expenses: All-inclusive coverage provided
Requirements:
Board Certification: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine. If FP/IM, must have a minimum of 300 hours in ED work over the past 2 years. ABPS not accepted.
License: Active West Virginia license
DEA: Required (with WV address)
Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS
