Specific Shifts Needing Coverage at critical access hospital in Northern Washington state:
May 3/4/5 and 18/19/20 or 19/20/21 Day shifts 8 hr shifts
Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 10-20
· Trauma Level: 4
· EMR: Epic
· Bed in department: 10
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes, ABFM and ABIM with EM experience
· License required: Active WA License
· Certifications required: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency Privs available for providers with active license and clean file in 48+ hours

• Will accept ABFM and ABIM with EM experience
• Level 4 Trauma
• 8 hr shifts
