Start Date: September 1, 2024 (ASAP but credentialing takes 60-90 days.)
Contract Length: 5+ months

7 AM - 7 PM
7 PM - 7 AM
Schedule:

Monday-Sunday
Nights and weekends are needed the most
Work Details:

Amount of coverage needed per month: 2 full-time positions
Annual Volume: 21,000
Patients per day: 58
Trauma Level: Lowest level of trauma, very few cases per the director; stabilize and transfer
Beds: 22
EMR: Epic
Codes: No response required on the floor due to 24-hour hospitalist coverage; almost always dismissed immediately
Admissions: None
Patient Population/Age: All ages
Requirements:

Board Certification: ABEM/AOBEM required, alternative boards not accepted
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
State License: Virginia required
DEA: Yes
Minimum Experience: No minimum experience required, but must be Board Certified
Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days (working to see if temporary privileges are an option)
Willing to License: No
Travel/Lodging: Yes, provided
