Southwest Texas EM Need

Job description

Active State Medical License, CDS, & DEA (with TX address), Board Certified in ABEM OR ABFM OR ABIM (or osteopathic counterparts), *Must be residency trained in Specialty Certified in ACLS, ATLS, & PALS, CME past 2 years, case logs past 2 years, copies of all education & training diplomas, SS Card, Driver's license, color photo emailed to MSO, TB/FLU, Annually must have 9 hrs of Stroke CME and 9 hours of Trauma CME. Current ATLS not required for ABEM providers & only need to provide copy of initial ATLS. Facility Coverage 24 hours Physician Coverage Shift Times 7a-7p, 7p-7a
