4 Emergency Medicine Physicians needed in South TX!

Job description

• 6+ month assignment
• 4 FT docs needed
• Must be willing to work minimum 5 shifts per month
• EMR is MediTech
• Must be ABEM or AOBEM
• Must have completed EM residency
• ATLS, ACLS & PALS required
• 48 hrs daily. We sometimes staff a 5th doc shift with a resident for 10 hrs, when able to do so
• Shifts times: 5a – 5p, 7a – 7p, 5p – 5a, 7p – 7a every day & a 11a – 9p shift is sometimes filled during Mon-Fri with a resident moonlighting
• Annual volume is 51,700
• 140-150 PPD
• Robust backup specialties on site. Also a cardiac and chest pain accredited hospital.
• 60 day credentialing
• Travel and lodging available
