• 4-6 month assignment
• ABEM or AOBEM
• Must have completed EM residency
• Must have active TX license
• ATLS, ACLS, PALS required (180 days grace period to comply)
• ANNUAL VOLUME Approx. 21,000
• PATIENTS PER DAY Approx. 58/day
• % EMS - 8%
• % ADMITTED PATIENTS - 3%
• TRAUMA LEVEL DESIGNATION - IV
• No Scribes
• 16 ED beds
• FAST TRACK BEDS
• ICU BEDS
• New facility with 16 private rooms. Offers the latest technology in adult, pediatric, geriatric, emergency, medical, surgical and obstetrical care
• EMR SYSTEM - Meditech
• 60 to 90 day credentialing, but hospital is willing to grant temps if clean file
• Travel and lodging available
