Emergency Medicine Physician Needed in College Station, TX!

Job description

Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: Now through August 2025 (flexible)
Minimum Shifts: 3-4 shifts required for travel reimbursement.

Certification Requirements:
Qualifications: Boarded or eligible in Emergency Medicine (no alternative boards accepted).
Residency: Must be EM trained.
Certifications: Current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS required; ATLS can be expired for boarded providers (copy of card needed).

Staffing Model:
Physician and APP Coverage: Daily
APP Shift Times: 11 AM - 9 PM

Annual Volume: 23,000 patients
Patients per Day: 22
Trauma Level: 4
Codes: Yes

Facility Specs:
ED Beds: 15
Fast Track Beds: 3
Special Services: OB/GYN
Backup Specialties: FM, IM, General Surgery, Urology, Cardiology, ENT, ID, Neurology, GI
EMR System: PICIS
License Requirement: Active TX or Compact License needed.
