Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details:
Options for 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM
Schedule: To be determined

Work Environment:
Patient Volume: Approximately 10-12 patients per day
Annual Volume: 6,753 patients
Patient Population: All ages
EMR System: To be determined
Special Procedures:
Must complete 8 hours of Stroke CME and 9 hours of Trauma CME annually

Practice Setting:
Type: Hospital-based

Requirements:
Board Certification: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM preferred)
License: Active Texas license required
DEA Certification: Yes
Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, NRP, and PALS required
