Contract Length: 6+ months

Shift Details:

6 AM – 6 PM & 6 PM – 6 AM
Schedule includes days, nights, and weekends
Work Details:

Support Staff:
Sunday – Thursday: 10 AM – 10 PM
Friday – Saturday: 11 AM – 9 PM
Coverage Needed per Month: 40 shifts/month (Ideally 10 shifts split among 4 MDs. Will consider part-time with a minimum of 5 shifts/month)
Annual Volume: 19,600
Department Description: Emergency Department with 16 private rooms, including a Fast Track, acute exam room, cardiac room, and decontamination shower room. Also provides Surgery and OB services
Practice Setting:

Hospital - Trauma Level IV
EMS Admissions: 8%
Inpatient Admissions: 3%
Travel Logistics:

Travel and lodging provided
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

Requirements:

Board Certification: Required
State License: Active
Certifications Required: ACLS, ATLS, PALS
Minimum Experience: Must be able to obtain emergency privileges within 2 weeks
