Job description

• Emergency Medicine Physician Needed
• 4 Shift Times Available, 6 Total Shifts to be filled each day
• 7a-7p (x2), 7p-7a (x2), 10a-10p (x1), and 1p-1a (x1)
• Will take 2-3 providers
• Annual volume is 42,000 per year
• Level 2 Trauma Center
• 7-10 Patients Per Day
• Admissions Required
• Facility required BC
• 60-90 Day Credential
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS

• ASAP
