Est. Shifts: 14

Shift Description: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am

Weekend Requirements: Beeper call

On Call Requirements: No call

MANDATED Job Requirements: Must have TX license and DEA at time of presentation
• Must have clean malpractice/background for temp privs
• Must be Board Certified Emergency Medicine
• Must send EPA with presentation
• Must send self-query NPDB if answer any negative yes questions on EPA
• Must be able to work day and night shifts
• Must be willing to cross credential at both locations
• Must provide procedure logs for the last 24 months

Certification Requirements: • ACLS
• ATLS
• BLS
• Board Certified
• NIHSS
• PALS

License Requirements: • Texas

• ASAP
• Ongoing
