• Credential Accepted: DO;MD
• Board Status: Board Certified
• Minimum # Years Experience: 2
• Providers Typical Day: *Physician Shifts 6am-5pm, 10am-9pm, 4pm-2am, 8pm-6am
• Travel Allowed: Mileage (Personal Vehicle);Airfare ;Lodging; Parking; Rental Car & Fuel; Ground Transportation
• Other Job Notes: Shifts can be at any time of the day and we would prefer locums to have flexibility to work any of the variated shifts provided. *
• Annual patient volume: 40,000 *25% of total volume are admitted. Around 10,000 admit annually.
• *Bed Count: 46 ED beds,155 total hospital beds
• *Must have PA license to meet start of 7/1/14 *A physician boarded in another specialty can work in the Emergency Medicine Department as long as their certification is current. Any Non-EM boarded physician working in the ED is required to have: ACLS, PALS, ATLS and will need to complete a moderate sedation education module. EM boarded physicians are not required to have ACLS, PALS, ATLS.
