• Number of Providers Needed: 3
• MD/DO Only
• Minimum # Years Experience: 2

o A physician boarded in another specialty can work in the Emergency Medicine Department as long as their certification is current. Any Non-EM boarded physician working in the ED is required to have: ACLS, PALS, ATLS and will need to complete a moderate sedation education module. EM boarded physicians are not required to have ACLS, PALS, ATLS.
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 17
o Need is 100 hours per month, for 2 + weeks in shifts per month Please do not send providers who can offer less than 2 weeks per month.
• Shift variations (no specific shift that providers can expect to work as they vary) A 6a-3p B 8a-5p C 9a-5p D 12p-8p E 2p-11p F 4p-12a G 4p-1a H 10p-6a
• Travel Allowed: Mileage (Personal Vehicle);Airfare; Lodging; Parking; Rental Car & Fuel;Ground Transportation
• EMR / Charting: Sunrise
• Must have active license and DEA
• Credentialing: 60 days
