Job description

• Patient rooms: 20
• Pt. seen per day: 15-20
• Support staffing: minimum 2 RNs on staff at all times
• Patient Population: All ages
• New Grads Accepted: No, must have experience and be able to work independently
• Clinic Schedule: 8am- 8pm
• EMR: EPIC
• Licenses and Certifications: Oregon medical license and DEA, ABEM Board Certification*
