Job description

• 25 Bed, Community Hospital
• 7 bed ED.
• 8,000 Annual ED Visits
• 1,000 Annual HM Patient Encounters
• 2% admission rate
• EMR is Centricity
• In-house Coverage includes:
• Radiology and Teleradiology at night
• Anesthesiology
• Hospitalist
• HM census: 4.1 pts. ED physicians cover in-house pts (ave. 4.1 pts/day)
• EM/FM/IM Trained and Boarded/Board Eligible
• OK State License
• OK State DEA
• 12 hour shifts (24 hours of coverage – 8a-8p, 8p-8a)
• Serves Rural patients with reduced access to primary care
