Northeast Ohio (Near Canton)- Emergency Medicine
Hospital in Northeast Ohio is seeking two Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine physicians to practice in this group of six ER physicians in this community.
Broad based emergency department practice of six emergency physicians with growing annual volumes. Currently over 34,000 visits/year

Our recruitment package would contain the following compensation and benefits:
Compensation: $180.00/hour, >15 shifts $207.00/hour
Shifts: 14-15 shifts per month (10 or 12 hour shifts)
Term: Twenty-Four (24) months
Healthcare Benefits: Provided
Malpractice/Liability Insurance: Covered by the Practice
Disability/Life/Dues/CME: $11,000 per contract year for documented expenses
Pension Plan: 401(k) with a 4% match
Sign On/Retention Bonus: $60,000 over a three year period
Relocation: $7,500 reimbursement for documented expenses

Hospital is located in the heart of the city; Hospital is a 252 bed not-for-profit facility serving a population in excess of 185,000. The Hospital and its physicians pride themselves in providing state-of-the-art comprehensive care to the community. The Hospital recently completed an extensive building project to completely replace its existing structure. They currently offer a broad spectrum of ancillary services including MRI, lithotripsy, and dialysis as well as specialty inpatient units. This will further enhance a continuum of care that includes 78 nursing home beds and a geriatric psychiatry floor. The Medical Staff reflects a broad range of medical specialists.
