9/23-Day Shift
10/4-10/6-Night Shift
10/5-Day Shift
10/12-Day Shift
10/13-10/15-Night Shift
10/26-Day Shift
10/28-11/3-Night Shift
11/6-11/8-Day Shift
11/10-11/12-Night Shift
11/14-11/16-Night Shift
11/22-11/24-Day Shift
11/24-11/25-Night Shift
11/28-12/1-Night Shift
12/6-12/9-Night Shift
12/8-12/101-Day Shift
12/13-12/17-Night Shift
12/19-12/21-Day Shift
12/21-12/28-Night Shift
Schedule: 12 hour shifts, either 7a-7p or 7p-7a
Work Details:
· Patient population/age: mix of peds and adult
· Department description: Trauma Level 4 Facility
· EMR: Epic
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification Required
Will license with IMLC
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days
