URGENT FILL DUE TO UNEXPECTED LEAVE. There is expedited credentialing.
30 days to credential
12-24 hour shifts needed (roughly 15 patients per 12 hour shift)
7a-7p
7p-7a
Please note what shifts your provider is able to pick up when presenting them
Clean malpractice and NPDB is a MUST
Will accept FM Board Certified
Needing 2 physicians
Ongoing assignment
NO call
Will see 15-30 patients per shift
ATLS required
Working with 3 RNs and 1 MA
EMR is Epic
