"Join a team of 5 physicians and 3 PAs at this independent organization where the community is involved, the medical staff have a strong voice at the table, and the organization has the agility to respond to community needs.- Level IV trauma center- Stroke-ready ED with 9 patient rooms, 2 trauma bays & 24/7 rad/stroke/and psy services- Small ED with impressive technology! Locums providers request shifts here!- Great balance of low volume and high acuity- 12 hours of PA coverage daily and a balance of busy vs. light volumes reduces burnout- Block scheduling options- FT and PT (nights or day/night) options- The ED team helps each other when personal life events happen.- 35 days paid PTO; can rollover 280 hours!- 512k proven earnings- 350k negotiable base + premium for night and extra shifts- 45k sign on bonus; 15k relocation- 32k employer contribution to your 401k!- 7500 CME- PSLF eligible and HPSA facilitySituated on one of the most beautiful lakes in Minnesota, this southeastern city is located in one of the warmest parts of the state. - Affordable housing market with options from homes with a view on the bluffs, upscale townhomes in the historic downtown, or acreage minutes from town.
