The facility features 24-hour availability of key support services including anesthesia, general surgery, laboratory, radiology, and OR response, ensuring providers have the resources needed to deliver excellent patient care.

Job Details:

• Locum Tenens position with ongoing availability covering approximately 6-8 shifts per month
• Night shifts available 6p-6a, with additional shift times of 6a-2p and 1p-9p
• Shifts will likely be consecutive or in blocks
• APC shifts available for physician coverage (9a-9p and 11a-11p)
• Estimated 20,000 patient visits per year
• Hospitalists handle admissions
• ER Provider Code response required
• Board certification required; new graduates are welcome to apply
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• AHA certification is required
• Providers with pending malpractice claims will not be considered
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 60 days
• Active Michigan medical license required
• Nearest airport is Iron Mountain with per cap lodging accommodations
