Emergency Medicine physicians needed for a Michigan ER locums opportunity. This is a hospital based ER need with a minimum of 7 shifts and expedited privileges possible for July availability.

Opportunity Details:
Rate: $315/hr
Setting: Hospital based Emergency Department
Location: Southern Michigan
Trauma Level: Level 4
Annual Volume: About 22k
Daily Volume: About 53 patients per day
ED and Fast Track Beds: 14
ICU Beds: 5
Physician Coverage: 24 hours daily
APP Coverage: 12 hours daily
Physician Shift Time: 7a to 7p
APP Shift Time: 11a to 9p
Call: No call
EMR: Electronic T Sheets
Travel and Lodging: Paid
Minimum Availability: 7 shifts
Privileges: Expedited privileges possible
Onboarding: Orientation, EMR training, and shadow shift totaling about 12 hours
Backup Specialties: Cardiology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, and vascular surgery

Requirements:
ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, or ABIM accepted
Active MI license required
Must be open to hospital based ER coverage
Flu or immunization waiver may be considered
