• Patient Volume: 16,000 visits per year
• Hospital Size: 65 beds
• Name Clearance: Name clear required before submission
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days
• Travel: Travel and lodging will be covered
• Emergency Department: 24-hour ED with approximately 16,000 visits annually
• Trauma Level: Level 2 Trauma Center
• Facilities: One trauma room and 11 exam rooms
• Critical Cases: Major trauma, cardiac, neurosurgery, and other critical cases are transported to a tertiary care center
• Scheduling: Open to candidates staying for the full 2-month period or working in blocks of shifts
• Priority Coverage: Thanksgiving week coverage is preferred, with night shifts as a priority
• Shifts: Mostly night shifts, with potential for day shifts
• EMR System: CPSI
