Job description

Emergency Medicine physicians needed for a Louisiana ER locums opportunity through SCP. This is a 12 month assignment with 2 full time physician needs and a minimum availability requirement of 5 shifts.

Opportunity Details:
Rate: $360/hr
Setting: Hospital based Emergency Department
Location: Louisiana
Need: 2 full time physicians
Assignment Length: 12 months
Minimum Availability: 5 shifts
Annual Volume: About 16k
Daily Volume: About 45 patients per day
Fast Track Beds: 7
EMR: Cerner
Physician Coverage: 24 hours daily
Shift Times: 6a to 6p and 6p to 6a
Call: No call
Privileges: 30 to 60 days

Requirements:
BC or BE in EM, FM, or IM with EM experience
Residency trained in EM, FM, or IM
If not BC EM, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS required
Active LA license preferred
Must be open to 12 hour day or night shifts
