• Facility Coverage: 24 MD; 12 NPPA
• Locum Request for: EM MD
• MD/DO Certification Requirements BC/BE in any specialty - if not EM must have ACLS, ATLS & PALS
• Merit Badge: ACLS, ATLS, PALS if not EM BE/BC
• Night Call Requirement N/A
• Shift Preference: All
• Shift Times MD: 6a-6p, 6p-6a
• Experience 2 years' experience Emergency Medicine
• EPIC EMR
