Emergency Medicine Physician (MD) Needed in LA

Work Details:
Coverage Needed per Month:
Monday - Tuesday: 38 hours/week
Wednesday: 36 hours
Thursday - Sunday: 30 hours/week
NPPA Coverage: 11 hours daily
Patients per Day: 68 patients
Annual Volume: 25,000 patients


Department Highlights:
The department is equipped with most subspecialties on-site, including cardiology, orthopedics, and pediatrics (neurosurgery and hand surgery are not available on-site).
EMR System: Meditech


Qualifications:
Board-certified/board-eligible in Emergency Medicine
Active state medical license and DEA
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Experience in high-volume emergency departments preferred
