Kentucky Emergency Medicine Locum Need

Job description

• 90 day credential
o Temporary privileges may be requested for a clean and complete file; however, there must also be a valid justification for the request.
• 6 month assignment
• Will take up to 2 providers
• Must be willing to work at least 4 shifts per month
• EMR is T-Sheets
• BE/BC IM,FM,EM,Gen Surg Trained (may consider non-BC case by case)
• Must have completed an internship training program of twelve (12) months and have at least five (5) years experience in Emergency Medicine or must have completed twelve (12) months internship and be enrolled and active in an approved residency program.
• Must have ATLS/ACLS/PALS/NIHSS
• Shift times are 6:30a-6:30p, 6:30p-6:30a
• 11k annual volume
• Must have active KY state license
