Qualifications
• BC/BE in Emergency Medicine
• EM Residency Required
• Certification Requirements- ACLS, BLS
• State License- Kentucky
• Active DEA at time of Presentation
• Minimum number of shifts per month- 6
• New Candidates will be required to do a call interview with FMD for approval
Working Hours
• Must be open to days, nights, weekends
• 12-hour shifts, 7a-7p, 10a-10p, 2p-2a, 7p-7a
• APP Coverage- 48 hours daily

• EMR-EPIC
• Specialty Backup- All specialty backup available except ophthalmology and hand surgery
• New ED with 75 exam rooms under construction and opening late 24-25
• Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days. Temp Privileges Granted
