About the clinician's workday

The Emergency Medicine Physician will provide locum tenens clinical coverage during day and night shifts, with coverage dates of November 2026 through January 2027. Clinicians will evaluate and manage emergency department presentations across all age groups within a Level III Trauma Center and teaching hospital environment, maintaining accurate clinical documentation using the EPIC EMR system throughout each assigned shift. Peak shift volume occurs during the 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM period, and staffing is structured as 1-2 Physicians covering day hours and 1 Physician covering night hours. No call responsibilities are associated with this assignment, and board certification is required.
