Facility Volume 4,000 – 8-10 encounter/day
Facility Coverage 24 hour physician coverage with inpatient care required
ICU Open N/A
Locum Request for MD/DO - FM/IM/EM
Merit Badge ACLS, ATLS & PALS
Night Call Requirement N/A
Shift Preference Physicians – 24 hour shifts
Shift Times MD - 7a-7p, 7p-7a
Experience EM experience with 2 years case log
Facility Specific Notes Current IA license and DEA; Clean file required
