Details:
Competitive annual salary
Night shift, 7pm - 7am
10,000 - 23,000 annual patient volume

Requirements:
Indiana License however, facility is willing to license out-of-state candidates
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Board Certified in Family Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience
3-5 years Emergency Medicine experience
Active/unrestricted DEA
