Emergency Medicine Physician Needed in Columbia City, IN!

Job description

Are you an Emergency Medicine physician ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for dedicated providers to join our dynamic team in Columbia City, IN!

Shifts Needed: 8-12 per month
Support Staff: APPs, with 24-hour hospitalist coverage, real-time radiology reading, and night on-call for X-ray, CT, and ultrasound

Facility Details:
Patients per Day: 30-50, depending on location
Annual Volume: 10,000-23,000 patient visits per ED
Trauma Level: II
Patient Population: All ages
EMR: EPIC
Skills Required:
Manage patients with serious and non-serious conditions (e.g., heart attacks, strokes, severe infections).
Perform assessments, diagnostic procedures, and treatments as needed.

Practice Setting:
Hospital (credentialed at 5 locations through 1 process)
Requirements:
Board Certification: ABEM or ABFM
State License: Active IN license
DEA & CSR: Required
