Urgent Care Providers Needed in NW Indiana

Job description

- Must be BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- Must have 3 + years of experience working in urgent care setting
- Must have availability M-F
- Active IN license
- 12 hour shifts
- At least 5-7 shifts/month
- 4-5 patients/hour
- Must be able to suture
- EPIC EMR
- Working with NPs (1-2 at each site)
- Credentialing 30-45 days

• Must be comfortable with suturing, reading simple x-rays, and able to see all ages
• Must be able to commit to 5-7 shifts per month
• Travel and lodging provided
