Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to work locum tenens shifts in beautiful Southeast Georgia. Job #51213.

The Emergency Medicine Physician role:
Ongoing locum tenens assignment
Coverage needed for day and night shifts
Three 11-hour physician shifts daily (6a-5p, 11a-10p, 7p-6a)
20-bed Emergency Department with 12-bed Fast Track
1.8-2.0 patients per hour
2-4 Emergency Medicine providers on-site simultaneously
30 hours of daily APP coverage
Expanse EMR
One-day orientation with shadowing available

Emergency Medicine Physician Requirements:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
2-3 years of Emergency Medicine experience required
Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Unrestricted DEA registration or willingness to obtain
No history of license revocation, suspension, restriction, or disciplinary action
Case logs required for credentialing
