Job description

• Critical Access Hospital
• Ideal candidate will be used as an ongoing resource if they are a good fit.
• BC in FM/IM trained with ER experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS required. ATLS preferred
• DEA and FL license required
• Credentialing 2-3 weeks
• Solo provider coverage
• Support: Nurses
• 1.5-2 PPH
• 9 bed ER
• General Surgery only specialty on site.
• Refer all other cases out to surrounding hospitals
• T+L available.
