Job description

• 6A-6P; 6P-6A (Provider must be willing to work some nights/weekends)
• EMR: Medhost; Impax
• 15-25 patients per shift
• 22 bed ED
• Support: 4-9 RN's
• 90 days credentialing
• BE/BC -- (If provider is BE, ACLS, PALs, and ATLS are required)
• Hospital is stroke certified
