Qualifications
• BC/BE in Emergency Medicine
• EM Residency Required
• Certification Requirements- ACLS, ATLS, PALS, Board Certified
• State License- Kentucky
• Active DEA at time of Presentation
• Minimum number of shifts per month- 6
• New Candidates will be required to do a call interview with FMD for approval

• 12-hour shifts
