IH Emergency Medicine Physician Need in Northeastern Arizona for the Spring!

We are working closely with an IH client in Polacca, AZ needing immediate Emergency Medicine Coverage. Please see details below!

Shift Times/Requirements:
All 13s - Days and Nights
Minimum of 7 shifts per month

Credentialing Timeframe - 90-120 days

-ABMS AOA or NBPAS board certification or eligibility with proof of scheduled exam
-3 years of experience
-BLC, PALS, ACLS, ATLS required

MUST have IH experience

Facility specific details:
HHCC is a TJC CAH, located in Polacca, Arizona. This rural healthcare facility is approximately 70 miles from the nearest mid-size town of Winslow, AZ where most lodging, food, and other amenities can be found. The HHCC does have lodging quarters close to the facility that may be available for contractor use, for a fee. This is the only healthcare facility on the Hopi Reservation (catchment population is approximately 18,000). HHCC currently provides the following services: ED (24/7); four-bed, short-stay inpatient unit for adult admissions; PCMH outpatient department, dental, physical therapy, and public health services that are operational on weekdays/business days; onsite pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology services have limited services available 24/7. Additionally, Hopi Tribal Behavioral Health Services are co-located at HHCC. In CY23, there were more than 93,000 patient visits, including nearly 9,500 Emergency Department visits and more than 150 admissions
