Estimated Length of Assignment: 6-8 months
Providers Needed: 120 hours of shifts per month – primarily nights
Minimum Shifts Acceptable: Minimum of 3 consecutive shifts

Position Overview: We are seeking physicians to cover night shifts in a facility with an annual volume of 21,000 patients. This position requires a minimum commitment of 3 consecutive shifts to ensure continuity of care.

Work Details:

Shift Times: 9 AM – 9 PM and 9 PM – 9 AM
Patients Per Day: Approximately 20 per shift
Scribe Coverage: Yes
APP Supervision: Required
ED Beds: 12
Special Services: Hospitalist, Surgery
EMR System: Meditech

Requirements:

Board Certification: ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM, or ABPS accepted
Residency Training: Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine
Certifications Required: ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and BLS (if not ABEM/AOBEM)
Active State License: Required prior to proceeding
Privileging Timeframe: 60-90 days
Expedited Locum Privileges Available
