Job description

• ACLS
• BLS
• Board Certified
• PALS
• Must have medical license and DEA at time of Name Clear
• Must have clean malpractice/background for temp privileges
• Must be Board Certified
• CV must have all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format
• Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent-on top
• Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV
• Must submit EPA (In Trio under your Name & then click on Help)
• All Licenses, Boards and Certs with expiration dates must be listed on CV
• Anyone with malpractice must provide a NPDB
• Anyone with legal issues must provide supporting document
• Must be able to work at least 7 shift per month
• All candidates must have met the minimum shift availability listed on the job.
• Must have current start date and availability
