Requirements:

Board Certification: Yes, must be BE in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine residency
License Required: Active Arkansas License
Minimum Experience Required: If the provider is ABIM or ABFM, 2500 hours of Emergency Department experience is needed, along with ATLS certification
DEA Certification: Yes
Certifications Required: ACLS, ATLS, NRP, PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 Days
