Job description

• MUST have active DEA & License. Only list the license number in the field, not an IMLC letter number.
• (provider must be 90+ miles from facility)
• -*NRP, PALS,ACLS, ATLS is required if not ABEM.
• If an Emergency Department provider is ABIM or ABFM, 2500 hours of ED experience needed & they would also need to have ATLS.
• EM providers need to have taken ATLS once if they are ABEM
• PROVIDER MUST BE ER,FM,IM RESIDENCY
• If your bid is accepted, you must submit the credentialing documents by the deadline given by the onboarding coordinator. All credentialing documents are in the "other documents" tab. ***You can start this process before your bid
