- Anticipated Shifts/Month: 7-14
- Anticipated Timeframe of Need: Immediately

• Work Details:
- Hospital Type: Acute
- Trauma Center: No
- Number of med/surg beds in hospital: 55
- Number of ED beds: 18
- Number of ICU Beds: 4, but will be used as step-down while initially opening
- EMR: EPIC
- Annual ED visits: 16,000 (Estimated since this is a new building)
- Will ED MD be required to respond to floor codes? Yes
- Will we use Scribes? No

• Requirements:
- License: AZ (must have)
- Board Status: BC, BE
- Certs: ACLS, PALS

• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days (Temp Privs Available: Yes, with a clean file)

• December start
• AZ license
• Scheduled + No Call
