Looking for Emergency Medicine/Family Medicine locum tenens opportunities in Arizona?

Parker AZ (2.5 hrs west of Phoenix)
Critical Access Hospital, 10k Annual Volume
13 hour shifts 7a-8p or 7p-8a
Block schedule
Treating all ages
Must be BC EM/FM or IM/PEDS double boarded
Current BLS, PALS, ACLS, ATLS Required
45-60 days credentialing, any state license
