• 28 bed facility
• 2 PPH average
• Provider must be willing to work nights- See shift schedule
o M-W: 7A-5P; 1P-11P; 9P-7A
o TH-FR: 7A-3P; 1P-10P; 9P-7A
o Sat-Sun: 7A-7P; 7P-7A
• BC/BE
• Support: 6-8 RN's; 2-3 MA's
• Provider will not have to supervise APP's
• EMR: Cerner
• Admissions required
• Hospital is stroke certified
• No temp privilege's, 120 day credentialing timeframe.
• L&D department on site
• Provider must live 90+ miles away from facility.
