Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Lincoln City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Monitoring and managing patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Operating and maintaining specialized equipment used in the ICU setting.
Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding their conditions and treatment options.
Collaborating with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Adhering to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Demonstrating a commitment to professional development and staying abreast of current trends and advancements in critical care nursing.

Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [Insert State/Province], [Insert Country].
