Job description

• 6 Exam rooms
• Pt. seen per day: 20-40
• Support staffing: minimum 2 -3 Mix of RN and CMA's
• Patient Population: All ages
• New Grads Accepted: No, must have experience and be able to work independently
• Clinic Schedule: 8am- 6pm NO Call
• EMR: EPIC
• Licenses and Certifications: Oregon medical license and DEA, ABEM Board Certification*
