Emergency Medicine APP PA/NP Needed in North Carolina

Job description

Hospital located in North Carolina are seeking a B/C Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locums coverage in their Emergency Department. Candidates will need to come in the day before for orientation.

Location: NC
Rate: Hourly, expenses covered
Shifts: Coverage Needed: (11a-11p), 6-12 shifts per month December 2024 - March 2025, ongoing as needed
Volume: 20-bed Emergency Department, 60-70 patients daily
Other Info: Emergency Medicine provider team includes 5 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers, 24-hour physician coverage, Telestroke support, Strong air and ground support to immediately transfer patients, System-wide integrated EMR—EPIC, BLS and ACLS certifications required
