Indian Health Hospital in New Mexico is looking for a Nurse practitioner/Physician Assistant working the Urgent Care/Fast Track. Shiprock is a census-designated place in San Juan County, New Mexico, United States, on the Navajo reservation. The population was 8,156 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Farmington Metropolitan Statistical Area. Shiprock is named after the nearby Shiprock rock formation.
Requirements: BLS, DEA, ACLS, PALS and ATLS
Description: Contractor shall provide outpatient & inpatient and physician assistant/nurse practitioner in the delivery of patient care to the Navajo Area Indian Health Service. 25 to 30 patient per shift. Must be comfortable with all ages that include pediatric, adult and pregnant patients.
Schedule/Call: Hours of Fast Track 8:00 am - 9:00 pm or 10 am to 10 pm, 6 - 12 to 13-hour shifts per pay period (two weeks)
