Qualifications
• Board Certified
• Diagnostic & Mammography
• MQSA if performing mammography
• State License- Florida with Active DEA at time of Presentation
• Minimum number of shifts per month- 5
• Required Procedures: Plain film, Fluoroscopy, Nuclear medicine, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Must be able to read MRI Brain Perfusion
• New Candidates will be required to do a call interview with FMD for approval.
Working Hours
• Monday-Friday: 8a-5p

• Avg Time to Credential: 90-120 days
• Daily DX Volume: 200 CR; 134 CT; 8 CTA; 32 MR; 40 US
• Percentage of Modality Split: 50%CR; 36%CT; 1.8% CTA; 3.2%MR; 10%US
• RVU Expectations: 8-10hr
• Minimum # of shifts expected: 5 per month
• 404 Bed Facility
• EMR: Meditech/ Dictation system Fluency, PACS GE
